Welcome to Teacher Butterflies! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teacher Butterflies membership platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Teacher Butterflies / Teaching with Grace ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a membership or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Membership & Account

Teacher Butterflies is a paid annual membership that provides access to a digital library of K–5 classroom resources hosted on Circle.so. By subscribing, you receive access to all current and future resources added during your active membership period.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each membership is for a single individual and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. Pricing & Payment

• The current membership price is $79 per year. Pricing is subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles only.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase.
• Your membership provides access for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Memberships do not auto-renew unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the resources provided, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the membership content has been granted. If you experience technical issues accessing your account, please contact us at info@teachingwithgraceann.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

4. License & Use of Content

Upon purchase of a membership, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and print resources for your personal classroom use.
• Use digital resources (such as slides) in your own classroom instruction.

You may not:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or make available any resources to others, including other teachers, whether for free or for payment.
• Upload resources to any shared drive, website, or platform accessible to others.
• Modify resources and claim them as your own original work.
• Use resources for any commercial purpose beyond your own classroom.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through Teacher Butterflies — including but not limited to printables, slides, worksheets, graphics, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of Teacher Butterflies / Teaching with Grace and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your membership and legal action.

6. Community Guidelines

Your membership includes access to a private community space. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
• Refrain from posting spam, promotional content, or inappropriate material.
• Not share or redistribute any resources within the community to non-members.

We reserve the right to remove any content and/or revoke membership access for violations of these guidelines.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized sharing of content, or behave in a manner that is harmful to the community. Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated content will be revoked immediately. No refund will be issued for memberships terminated due to Terms violations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teacher Butterflies / Teaching with Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
